Freaking SNOW again

Ok I've officially had it with the snow.  This is getting ridiculous and it is interfering with all opportunities for some fun.  I can't even tie flies because my arms are sore and shaking from all the damn shoveling.  Enough already.

    I can't believe how much snow we have taken this year. Currently we have almost 2 ft sitting on the beach right on the sound, and whole harbors are iced up. Thanks for the pics.

    We have just been reintroduced to what a New England, Connecticut winter is. The last few years have been easy, now its reality time.

    Yup, you got the same amount. Are you all having fun like I am blowing snow. And this is only January.
    I realize the other day that we might be sorta neighbors. we should get together and talk blogging or something.

    I feel for you and other fellow bloggers who have really been dumped upon this winter season. I mean Idaho has some snow, but, that is some ridiculous amounts of snow you have. Looks like the dog is having a ball playing in it though.

    Ridiculous snow, yes, but its happenings like these recent snowstorms that keep me in Connecticut. Keeps life interesting, ya know?! Nice pics, by the way...love the dog shots!

    Hi there. Just popped over from heyBJK to say hello. LOVE your header photo! Wow! Such a soft and curious look on that beauty! I'm not a hunter/fisherperson but enjoy nature and wildlife and companion animals. Your dogs are SO CUTE! Have 5 of my own... Not diggin' your snow tho. In Texas we've been having 70+ degree weather lately.

    Anyway, I'm trying to pare down my addiction to blogs so I'm not going to sign up to follow you - even tho I'm sorely tempted. Saw some of your photos on your slide show and I WANT TO SEE MORE!!!     Ok, let's try this again. Blogger and I are really having issues.

    This has been our worst winter as far as precipitation in a long time. It started very early. Our snow hasn't been as deep as yours, though! The kids will be going to school well into June because of snow days.

    Thanks for all the comments. I spent the entire weekend still cleaning up from the storm. Shoveled off the entire roof, working on some ice damns and just had to help build a snow fort and tunnel system with the girls. All in preparation for the storm coming Wed/Thur where it could dump another foot + on us.
